In the text of a MLA research paper, do you underline a television program? how about a website?

Within the text of an MLA style research paper, do you underline when referencing a show like Lost or Heroes? Additionally, when referencing a specific site (LostTV.com, SurveyMonkey.com) how would you write this in the text...not as a citation at the end of a sentence? underline it?
