How do I go about submitting a research paper to a scientific journal?
Any handy professors nearby that you can ask? Especially if you can find one in your area, they'd probably be able to identify some of the better targets if you tell them what it's about.
Look for relevant publications to the work you wrote up, either in the library or online. They all should have a section in every issue about submitting articles.
Beware, this can be a very frustrating process.
