the Salton Sea was partly a result of successfully maintaining rights whilst neglecting maintenance. Individuals Gate/Buffet who successfully amass fortunes by maintain rights because of hte vastness of wealth they neglect maintenance and create a Salton sea of money, AFRICA non profit accounting
Reply:sure. how about the dificulties of non-profits to fit in all expences within government guidelines. See, to qualify as non profit, groops need to keep fixed spending, (administration, wages, etc), within a certain percentage. Some do it better than others.
