I need to pick one of these books and write a research paper for them. However, I'm not sure which one to pick. What would you choose?
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest;
A Clockwork Orange;
Like Water For Chocolate;
Te Bluest Eye
Which of these books would be the easiest to read and write a research paper?
I would choose "One Flew Over The Cookoo's Nest." Generally the book is better than the movie and that was one of my favorite movies.
Reply:The Bluest Eye
Reply:I love to read and wish that I could answer your question, but unfortunately I have never read any of the books of your inquiry. However, I am responding to your inquiry to suggest you search deep within yourself on the following self help selection: YOUR perfect right? LOL...uh...should I tell you now GTH???
Reply:go to a website about books and read the summary also some websites give you how long the book is.
I use www.bcpl.info but i live in maryland, you can also check out www.barnesandnobles.com
Reply:A Clockwork Orange. It's great stuff for research.
Reply:The easiest book to read would be A Clockwork Orange.
I have read it. It is not a long story. It is another novel similar to the distopian novels "1984" and "Brave New World." The main character, Alex, is a likeable bloke. The story is filled with the slang of the young people of the time, but there is a dictionary in the back of the novel, and soon you will be used to its use, and using it with your friends! You also have the 1971 film A Clockwork Orange directed by Stanley Kubrick to refer to.
So, what are you waiting for?
Reply:One Flew......probably would be easiest to research. Somehow the story seems to reverberate through the news of our present world situations.
Yosarian as a suicide bomber? No, that wouldn't work, only one mission to fly. That was Catch 22, my apologies.
Reply:I would say The Bluest Eye or One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest since I read both in high school and wrote research papers on both.
Reply:that's tough. they are all really good.
I'd take, Like Water For Chocolate. This is a story of forbidden love, sensuality through food, and lots of lust.
It is an easier read then the others. You'll breeze right through it.
Reply:One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Reply:Either One Flew Over the Cuckoo's nest- a story of a man living in an insane asylum (very good!!!)
or The Bluest Eye- a story of an African American girl wanting to have blue eyes like the white girls (especially recommend)
It all depends on what you think though, what you are personally interested in. But I would probably choose one of these two. Both fantastic books but short reads.
Reply:I would choose "Like Water For Chocolate" because it would be easier for the romantic theme. One Flew over the cuckoo's nest is a good one too but more dense and dramatic. I believe the first choice would be lighter.
It all depends on what mood UR. gOOD LUCK.
Reply:Toni Morrison's "The Bluest Eye"
