Can someone help with my research paper?

My paper is on "Reforming America's Educational System". The only thing I need help with is getting started (the introduction and the second paragraph). Once I start then everything would be okay! I already have about ten sources to use in my eight to ten page paper. So please someone help me out. Thank You!

Try ignoring the introduction and conclusion of your paper. Just write the body for now.





Write a list of ideas you would like to talk about that will use your sources. Once you have the list pretend that they are test questions. Tell yourself you have a half hour or one hour to answer each question essay style using only your sources as help. Do not go over the time limit. Just quit and go on.





Prior to taking the 'test' label each reference 1, 2, 3, etc... When you use a reference during the test write them as 1, 2, 3, etc... Write away and answer your best before time is up! Take breaks in between if you need to.





When you are done answering them add to them if you need to. Then print them out separately or if you hand wrote make sure each one is separate. Look for a flowing pattern between the essays and make modifications to connect the essays into one.





From here you ask yourself how many pages do I have? If not enough make some more questions. When you are done connecting the essays write the intro and conclusion.





Tada! Essay done. It works for me. I averaged eleven pages with five questions. About two pages per question. I call it the I am lazy and can't think way to success.

These young men offer him money as a lookout o nthe grimy corners of new yorks drug infested streets, how can americas educational system motivate a child to overcome the lure of fast cash and the false pretense of mtv and bet videos to better him or herself to become a productive educated member of society.


how can we reach a youth that has been devestated by false pretenses of fame and glory, into realize that the american dream takes hard work and values.


I will show you these dilemmas and my ideas in changing the futre.

Reply:When writing any paper you should get organized first with and outline- this will help guide your paper...Your doing "Reforming Americas Educational systems"..how do you want your paper to sound? I'm assuming 3rd person-because its a research paper. You can form your introduction by listing topics to be covered in the paper...1st sentence-Introduce the paper...use the title. 2nd sentence introduce thee second paragraph....3rd,4th paragraph...structure the paragraph to flow the info. towards the 2nd para.





2nd paragraph...decide what info is most useful to know- facts, figures...ask the question Who,introduce these reformers, ask why- explain-

Reply:what they said. everyone has their own way to write a paper..and obviousky my way is not going to work for you, its too complicated. only i understand it. but go with what you can do. start somewhere..dont hesitate. just do something. no one is gonna do it for you baby.
Reply:Well..."Reforming America's Education System" is a BROAD topic. There are THOUSANDS of ways that you can go with this topic, and if you are going to be using specific sources, your souces are the PROOF on what you want to say. What do you want to say in your paper?? What have you gleaned from those ten sources??? I can't really help you out, since I have no idea where you are going with this broad topic, to make it narrow, and what sources you are using. You need to first take notes and then decide on what you want to write about. Seriously.
