Can any one give me tips to publish a research paper on national conferences?

i am doing master of engineering in computer science and engineering,i would like to present a paper on graph mining.


i collected lot of reference papers from ieee and acm .i want to know how to extend the concepts .

From your collection of papers on the topic i.e graph mining, write a review of main ideas, trace the development of the concept and connect the papers together, and find gaps i.e what needs to be explored further.. Once you have finished with that, look for conferences which call for papers in your field of study. This can be googled.. The conference organizers may call for submissions of papers or abstracts to be reviewed. If your paper is accepted, you'll get notification from the organizers inviting you to present your paper at the conference. Presented papers will normally be published in the conference proceedings.
