I need to do a research paper on the Gulf War 1991 and the teacher wants me to start out big then narrow it?

TEACHER:Conduct in-depth research on an aspect of that topic. You may start with a big topic

but through research you will narrow this down.

-What will i narrow it down too?

I am a Gulf War Veteran...if you have specific questions that you would like to ask feel free to email me and I will answer them there....thanks and good luck
Reply:Start with the causes of the war, then drill down to the actual battles of the war, then the results of the war. Make sure that you include the big players...Bush, Hussein, Schwartzkopf, ect. and all countries involved.
Reply:That's a question you need to ask your teacher. You don't have any specific details in your question so I'm not sure what your teacher wants you to write about.
Reply:You could start off with how the US managed to assemble a coalition of nations to fight on its side and then narrow it down to one country, i.e. why did Canada choose to take part in the War.

Good luck
Reply:Take for example "The Highway of Death". Who? Why? What was the justification of the US-led coalition? What influence did it have on the rest of the war?
