I have to write a research paper on something that has to do with my future career as a teacher. Any ideas?

Something that I can do primary research on (like surverys, questionaires, etc.). An example is "Are students motivated when asked to write?"

I have to write a research paper on something that has to do with my future career as a teacher. Any ideas?
A little speculation on how material will be delivered might be interesting.


Chances are text books will fade pretty fast and information will be more current.


The concept of plagiarism will shift as copy and paste in research becomes more acceptable.


Data base information will be added as classroom assignments.


Education will become more trade school oriented to specific tasks rather than the broader ideas learned today.

Reply:Maybe you could do some research on the higher level of literacy among homeschoolers and try to speculate on what you can do as a teacher to duplicate those results in a traditional school environment.
