Does the Outline and Work cited pages count, in a 5 -7 page research paper?

I'm writing a research paper, and I didn't know if those counted towards the 5-7 pages.

no they do not...the 5-7 pages should be the content (the body)
Reply:Technically it should, but a teacher won't count it in most cases. If you need to beef up your page insert a sentence here and a paragraph here and it will be done in no time.
