When writing a research support, your introduction should be the bait. Your readers are the fish. You are the fisherman. You wanna reel them in with your beginning sentence, have them begging for more. It's not wrong to start with a question, but ideal. When you have the question planted in their head, they'll want to read more, to find out the answer. Introduce your point in your introduction. Introduce them to your topic. Slowly, subtly, and then BAM! You introduce more points and more points about your topic.

Each body paragraph should talk about the one specific detail you introduced in the previous paragraph. Make it interesting. Don't make it a boring snore. And, remember, don't put too much bias. This is a research report.

Now, your conclusion should conclude everything you've written so far. Wrap it all up in a bun. It's the final touch. And don't leave them hanging, repeat the question and the answer. But then, you go and ask another question, making them wonder...
