Can anyone help me with my research paper?

I HAVE TO WRITE A 2200 TO 2800 WORDS RESEARCH PAPER FOR COLLeGE.I HAVE A TOPIC WHICH IS GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY. IM HAVING PROBLEMS BECAUSE IT HAS TO SIDES A GOOD AND A BAD SIDE. AND IM HAVING PROBLEMS COMING UP WITH A THESIS FOR IT TOO PLZ HELP ME.

Whats there? Take plain sheets of paper. On one sheet write introduction, and all that comes to your mind on that. On another sheet, write all that is the bad part, on another sheet, write all the good part. On still another sheet, try an objective comparison, inference, judgement. Then go have a party. Next day, go through that stuff again and build on it!
Reply:Have you tried searching google? I'd help you because I'm a kinesiologist, but your thesis is going to sound better coming from you because it's your interest. I never heard of such a lengthy paper report. Are you in med school? Good luck, and make sure you look over some of the simple books like anatomy and physiology to know how and why the gastrointestine works the way it does. Also, look up a book, can't think what it's called right now, but I'm sure you do (starts with a P), focused on diseases. Good luck. =%26gt;
Reply:Try to find people who have had this done and talk to them first hand. Maybe look for an online support group and tell them what you are doing.
